Product Description:      

Antibacterial preservative RG-F01 is produced with our proprietary technology and widely used around the world. It can be widely applied to such aqueous systems as water treatment, coating, high-polymer synthesis emulsion. This pharmaceutical product has a strong penetration into the cell membrane of microorganisms, and interacts with enzyme in bacteria or fungi with the result of losing the activity of enzyme, thus effectively controlling different types of bacteria, mold, fungi,etc..

Performance Feature and Application:

1.It has a broad-spectrum and long-lasting competence of killing a variety of bacteria, fungi and yeasts, only with low amount.

2.It has a wide pH range from 2 to 9. 

3.It can mix with water, added in any process, easy to operate. 

4.It has a low toxicity, with its concentration completely harmless.

5.Its emission  without any residual, so there is no cumulative pollution for the environment. 

6.It has a competence of non-combustion, easy to transport and use.

7.It has good compatibility with various emulsifiers, surfactant, and protein content.

8.It has a special effect on pseudomonas package bacteria.

9.It has no formaldehyde,no VOC.

The product is widely applied to emulsion, industrial oil additives,anti-corrosion building materials, power metallurgy, oilfield chemicals, leather, paint and coating, textile, printing and dyeing, daily chemicals, cosmetics, paper-making and water treatment, etc..

Application Method:      

1.When used in water treatment , it can be first diluted to 1.5% aqueous solution, with the amount of 50 -300ppm added for once or twice a week according to the breeding of bacteria and algae during their killing process. It can not be used simultaneously with chlorine and other oxidizing biocides.

2.It can be added to emulsion paint and other coatings,with the amount of 0.1-0.16%.It can also be added after being diluted into 1.5% aqueous solution. 

Package&Storage:      

It should be packaged in a 20KG or 50KG plastic cask.

Keep it from exposure and frozen state in a cool and well-ventilated place.

It can not contact with metals in dark storage, with one-year shelf life under the room temperature. 

It is a non-dangerous goods.

Notes:      

1.Security: this product is irritable to skin and eyes.So if accidentally spilled on skin or into eyes, it should be cleaned immediately with soap and water. It is non-irritating and non-corrosive with the recommended concentration.

2.It can not contact metals of reducibility , such as metallic iron, aluminum, etc., lest causeing decomposition in storage.

3.It has poor stability in the alkaline medium with ph value more than 9.0, not suitable for use. The quality of this product would be reduced, even causing complete failure, if compatibilitable with chemicals with strong nucleophilicity.
